I have to take a moment and share my experience with Elizabeth! Not only is she a beautiful soul, she is a driven force to be reckoned with. Her knowledge of the industry and sheer will to ensure every single one of her customers gets the single best experience buying a home  is beyond any other I have ever seen. She has this ability to take what most find to be daunting and stressful and simply remove all barriers. I married to US Army veteran so our experience required double the work for her. She spent countless hours getting to know my husband and I and gathering every possible want and need for our family. I have never had any realtor simply care so much. She was open, honest and totally transparent. She explained every possible scenario to us and I’m sure she did so more than once to ensure we felt comfortable. She took us to the one house, the one that was out side of our financial limit or so we thought. She said just breathe and tell me if this is for sure the one. I was so scared to get excited, I knew it would never happen, well she proved me wrong! Not only did she make the impossible possible she did so at a reduction in every stage. She worked literal magic and now my family has a home we not only can afford we LOVE! But she wasn’t done there, she has continued to check on us, every so often she will check in and make sure we are aware of any programs available for our current loan. She isn’t getting paid at all for this she simply loves what she does and SHE CARES! I can promise you if you have the chance to work with Liz in any capacity wether it be personal or professional you will see, your life will forever be changed. We will NEVER use a different realtor! For over a year, Elizabeth worked with our family. During this time she was always available when we wanted to see a property. At least once she viewed a property for us on a video chat so that my husband and I could see a property that was out of state when we were unable to do so in person. Elizabeth was professional and straightforward. We felt that she represented our best interest as we discussed various properties with her and when she dealt with the sellers agent. After a long search in a very unpleasant market we found our dream home. Elizabeth negotiated on our behalf beautifully and saved us thousands of dollars.
